Free Homeschool ID Card

I made some ID cards for my kids by using Paint Shop Pro and a cheap digital camera from Wal-Mart. I saved the blanks into an online photo album. So, you can just print this one out and handwrite everything in, or save it to your computer and use your program to put everything in.
